Multi-step system for production of water for injections

Multi-step system for production of water for injections (WFI) produces the distillate that meets American USP, European EP and Japanese (JP) requirements for water for injections.

These systems have a number of specifications that guarantee fast and hassle-free montage and exploitation, consistency and reliability of the production process of the water for injections throughout the life of the equipment.

How it works
  • Patented technology of three-phase separation of the impurities guarantees high quality WFI without endotoxins, pyrogens and particulates. Three-phase technology for separation of the impurities includes:
  • Separation during evaporation by falling film method
  • Separation under gravity pressure through redirection of steam by 180°С
  • Separation by centrifugal force
  • Continuous drain of certain impurities
  • Draining of certain impurities from each column
  • The distillation processes is unique. Concentrate that contains all the certain impurities - pyrogens and particles – are considered "wastewater" and are directed to the drain. Only WFI is directed into the reservoir for preservation and distribution. Drain is constructed to separately come out of each column. Thus, such distillation process excludes the transition of impurities and contaminants form one stage to another, which guarantees the highest quality of the produced water for injections.
