Rubber stopper washer
These machines are designed for the complete processing of the pharmaceutical product sealing mechanisms: rubber stoppers and plastic plugs, I.V.'s, metal rings, etc.
Main parameters
For better end product the processed rubber stoppers are placed in separate bins. The washing occurs through the rotation of the washer and the bin combination. Pump and spray gun assures removal of the suspended particles during the work of the boiling bed.
- Siliconisation through the pump.
- Sterilization at 120°C
- Drying with the filtered dry air at 20°C
- Ability to observe the chamber through the feed door
