Vial Line

The line consists of the vertical ultrasound machine, sterilizing tunnel, vial filling and sealing machine.

The line is divided into three zones: washing, sterilization/drying, filling and sealing of vials. Each machine can function independently, as well as can be integrated into compact vial line.

The line is designed for use in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as for matrasses.

Process technology: Vials undergo water rinsing, ultrasound wash, and then are fed through the screw conveyor, turned over by mechanic manipulator, washed with water (inside and outside), air dried (inside and outside), and preliminary heated up, then sterilized and dried, cooled down, (front gas charge), filled, (rear gas charge), preliminary heated up, sealed and output onto receiving desk.

Washing machine is equipped with ultrasound wash and wash with alternating air and water streams. This is the most popular and highly effective method for washing vials. Three washing areas are equipped with separate washing needles that allows to avoid cross-contamination, which meets the GMP requirements.

Sterilizing tunnel is equipped with laminar stream and hot air sterilization technology, which allows for vial sterilization that meets industrial standard class 100 (USA).

Filling and sealing machine is equipped with asterisk for the submission of vials instead of the sector block, divided into 3 bar segments instead of one, and transmission is done through synchronized power-operated belt instead of the copier.

The line is equipped with the control system PLC, and allows for both individual machine and integrated line operational control. This feature guarantees stable line functioning and high automatization, which requires only few operators, thus decreasing the labor intensity of the personnel.
